Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply when you buy a digital trading strategy product (the "Product") from Webbify ("Webbify," "we," "us"). The Product includes the trading playbooks (PDF), setup prompts and any related files delivered with your purchase. By completing your purchase, or by checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you are buying

The Product is educational and informational material about trading strategies for event contracts on Polymarket US, including instructions for setting up an AI assistant and supporting software. It is a digital download, delivered right after payment.

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own trading. You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute the Product or any part of it.

2. Not financial advice

The Product is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any contract. Webbify is not a registered investment adviser, broker, commodity trading advisor or financial planner, and we do not know your personal financial situation. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

3. No guaranteed results

Trading event contracts is risky. You can lose some or all of the money you trade. We make no promise or guarantee of profit, income or any particular result. Any example numbers in the Product are hypothetical and for illustration only. They are not real results and do not predict future results. Past performance of any trader, strategy or market does not guarantee future results.

4. Your responsibilities

By buying the Product, you agree that:

• Legality is your responsibility. You are responsible for making sure that using Polymarket US, and using the Product, is legal where you live, including in your state. Availability, age requirements and allowed contract categories vary by state and can change.
• You must be eligible. You must meet Polymarket US's eligibility rules, including identity verification and age requirements, and be of legal age in your state.
• You must follow Polymarket US's rules. You must follow Polymarket US's terms of service, participant agreement, exchange rulebook and any rules about automated trading, API use and credential sharing. If any part of the Product conflicts with those rules, the platform's rules win, and you must not use that part. Polymarket US may require written approval for API or automated access; getting any approval you need is your job.
• You must follow the rules of other websites and data sources you use with the Product, including their terms of use and access restrictions.
• Your trades are your own. You decide whether to use the Product and how. Every trade placed in your account, including trades placed by software or an AI assistant you set up, is your trade and your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your trades, your losses, your account security and your taxes.
• Keep your account secure. Never share your login credentials, passwords, verification codes or API secrets with anyone, including Webbify.

5. No affiliation

Webbify is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket, Polymarket US, QCX LLC, Polymarket Clearing, or any other exchange, data provider or AI service mentioned in the Product. All trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Price and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment processor. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, unless we are required to collect them.

7. Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally right after your payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download, email hello@webbify.build and we will help you access it.

8. All sales are final. No refunds.

Because the Product is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are given, in whole or in part, for any reason, including dissatisfaction, trading losses, change of mind, platform changes, or your inability to use Polymarket US. By completing your purchase, you agree that you will not receive a refund.

9. Changes to platforms and the Product

Polymarket US and the other services mentioned in the Product can change their features, fees, rules, markets, availability and data at any time. Parts of the Product may stop working or become outdated as a result. We are not responsible for those changes, and they do not entitle you to a refund. We may, but are not required to, provide updates.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product, or any software, prompts or settings described in it, will be error-free, work with any platform, or meet your needs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Webbify will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, account suspension or closure, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of the Product, even if we were told such damages were possible.
• Webbify's total liability for any claim related to the Product will not be more than the amount you paid for the Product.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Webbify harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Product, your trading, or your breach of these Terms or of any platform's rules.

13. Intellectual property

The Product and its contents are owned by Webbify and protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the personal license in Section 1, no rights are granted to you.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
